What We Do
ZGBT.ai is an off-market real estate platform that connects homeowners directly with pre-vetted buyers — no listing agents, no open houses, no 6% commission just to get started. Sellers set their own terms: they decide who can see their property, what information to share, when to accept offers, and whether they want any of our à-la-carte services along the way.
On the buyer side, we verify every buyer before they can contact a seller. That means checking pre-approval letters, proof of funds, and government-issued ID. Sellers never have to deal with unqualified tire-kickers — every inquiry comes from someone who has actually been screened.
We sit in the middle as a neutral marketplace. We provide the tools, the verification, the AI-powered valuation estimates, and optional professional services (photography, staging, MLS exposure, yard signs, open houses, and more). The transaction itself is always between buyer and seller — we facilitate, we don't control.

Why We Built It
The traditional real estate commission model hasn't changed much in decades. Sellers pay 5–6% of the sale price — often $20,000 to $40,000 or more on a typical home — for a service that increasingly can be broken down into individual, purchasable steps. Why pay a flat percentage when you might only need a photographer and an MLS listing?
We also noticed that many sellers don't want to list publicly at all. They want privacy. They want to test the waters without their neighbors knowing. They want to hear from a serious, verified buyer before committing to anything. The traditional MLS doesn't give them that — ZGBT does.
We built ZGBT.ai to give sellers back control of one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives, and to give buyers access to deals that never make it to Zillow.
